The CICC held its 2010 Annual Tech M&A Forum at Fenwick & West. This year’s audience included over 150 silicon valley entrepreneurs, investors and M&A professionals. Clemens Buss of Lazard started the evening with an analysis of today’s economic environment and an overview of 2010 tech M&A activity. The presentation was followed by an insightful panel discussion that covered a wide range of topics, including innovation areas of interest for Facebook and VMware, drivers for tech M&A activity in 2010-11 in the US and Israeli markets, and key challenges to getting deals done in this environment
